- Proposals Due: January 20, 2012 6pm Central Time
- Notification of Proposal Acceptance: February 6, 2012
- Early Bird Conference Registration/fees: January 20 – March 9, 2012
- Alamo Community Colleges faculty/staff ($100)
- Students ($25)
- All other participants ($170)
- Regular Conference Registration/fees: March 10 – March 31, 2012 ($250).
All conference participants will receive a copy of the 2011 (Fall) SWLT Journal.
